Everything You Need To Know

Todhill chalets in the sunshine. They have a black exterior with wide decking and french doors.
  • To promote fair use we request that Todhill Chalet bookings are limited to one break per person each year.
  • Supported people must be accompanied by Richmond Fellowship Scotland staff for the duration of their holiday break. The level of staff support required must be determined by Team Managers / Senior Support Workers prior to booking and should reflect the requirements of the person's support plan.
  • Multiple chalets can be booked over the same dates in a single booking process. This is to facilitate an easy booking process for groups of supported people or whole service breaks (i.e. Care Home / HMO breaks).
The stylish and modern entrance to a chalet can be seen from a side view. More chalets can be seen in the background.
  • 8 weeks of the year are reserved for exclusive use by TRFS staff. These weeks have been selected to coincide with public and school holidays.
  • A non-refundable fee of £10 will be charged per booking. This charge is for the whole use of the chalet over the 4 or 3 night booking period and covers all occupants. (Staff accompanying supported people on their holiday will not be charged this £10 fee.)
  • Additional "last minute" slots may be available during other times of the year if a chalet has not been booked by a supported person. Please be aware that other supported people may be on holiday at Todhill during these times.
  • Availability for staff breaks can be found under 'make a personal booking' in the booking system.
  • Staff may be accompanied by other occupants up to but not exceeding the maximum capacity of the chalet booked.
A window is in the wooden panelled exterior of the chalet, in the reflection we can see other chalets behind.
  • Access to your chalet is via keys stored within a code locked key box fixed to the front of the property. The key box code will be issued prior to your break. All keys must be returned to the locked key box when leaving the property.
